Refund & Cancellation Policy

Memberships (subscriptions)

You can cancel anytime from the Support page→ “Manage subscription.” Your membership and its perks stay active through the end of the period you've already paid for, then stop renewing. We generally don't provide partial or prorated refunds for the current period.

One-time purchases & nameplates

Nameplates and other digital items are delivered to your account immediately, so they're generally non-refundable once unlocked. If something didn't work or you were charged in error, contact us — we'll make it right. If we refund a nameplate, it's removed from your account.

Donations

Tips and donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Thank you for supporting the studio.

How to cancel

Go to the Support page, find “Manage subscription,” and you'll be taken to Stripe's secure billing portal where you can cancel or change your tier.

Requesting a refund

Email [email protected]with the email on your account and what you'd like refunded. We review requests case by case.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where such rights apply to digital content delivered immediately, those rights may be waived once delivery begins, to the extent permitted by law.
