Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Wolf Studios (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
Don't cheat, exploit, or manipulate leaderboards; don't abuse, harass, or impersonate others; don't use offensive display names; and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may remove content, reset scores, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Games and early-access content
Many of our games are in active development and provided “as is.” Features, builds, and “Early Testing” content may change, break, or be removed at any time. Access to certain games or builds may require an active membership.
5. Purchases, subscriptions, and billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from the Support page — access continues through the end of the paid period. We may change prices or perks with notice; changes take effect on your next renewal. You're responsible for any applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Digital goods and cosmetics
Memberships, nameplates, and other digital items grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within the Service. They have no real-world monetary value, can't be sold or transferred, and may be modified or discontinued. Perks tied to a membership end if the membership ends.
7. Display names and user content
Your display name and scores are shown publicly on leaderboards and profiles. You grant us a license to display this content as part of operating the Service. We may reclaim names that are inactive, offensive, or infringe someone else's rights.
8. Intellectual property
The Service and our games, art, and code are owned by Wolf Studios and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly allowed.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolf Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited by law.
